OVERCOMING CHALLENGES OF LIFE THROUGH THE POWER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES OF LIFE THROUGH THE POWER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Bible Study Delivered on 1st March, 2017 by: Pastor Wale Olusegun Isaac During Mid-Week Revival Worship

You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God has set you above your companions by anointing you with oil of gladness Heb. 1:9

INTRODUCTION
Righteousness is another instrument of Christian spiritual warfare to overcome spiritual battles. God is righteous and commands us to be righteous. He is the only one that can give us power to be so. But, we must also discipline ourselves to do so.   “Righteousness” is such

MOVING FORWARD: DEALING WITH OBSTACLES AND OPPOSITIONS

Message Prepared and Delivered by Okunadewale, Olusegun Isaac on Sunday 26th February, 2017 During Sunday Worship Service Nehemiah 4:1-23

1 When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became angry and was greatly incensed. He ridiculed the Jews, 2 and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he said, "What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble — burned as they are?"
3 Tobiah the Ammonite, who was at his side, said, "What they are building — if even a fox climbed

THE BLOOD SPEAKS

                               THE BLOOD SPEAKS
                                  Genesis 4:6-12; Heb 12:22-25

Being the Message Prepared and Delivered By Okunadewale Olusegun Isaac During Mid-Week Revival Worship Held on 15th February, 2017

Genesis 4:6-12
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast?
7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."
8 Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to the field." d And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.
9 Then the Lord said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?"
"I don't know," he replied. "Am I my brother's keeper?"
10 The Lord said, "What have you done? Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground.
11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand.
12 When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth." NIV

Heb 12:22-25
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: KJV

John 16:29-33 29 Then Jesus' disciples said, "Now you are speaking clearly and without figures of speech.
30 Now we can see that you know all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This makes us believe that you came from God."
31 "You believe at last!"  Jesus answered.
32 "But a time is coming, and has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me. 33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But
